The role:

As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

The job:

The key responsibilities include

  • Order Management: Coordinate the ordering of stock from suppliers to meet customer demand and uphold service levels. Process order confirmations swiftly and efficiently, collaborating with internal departments when necessary.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively follow up on overdue items from suppliers, resolving any discrepancies in stock deliveries promptly and effectively.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain meticulous records of all supply chain processes in alignment with company quality standards.
  • Risk Communication: Communicate informed risks within the business to key stakeholders, enabling proactive decision-making.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Prepare presentations, reports, and analyses to provide insights into supply chain performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, collaborating with suppliers, internal teams, branches, and logistics partners to optimize coordination and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Process Optimisation: Identify trends and recommend enhancements to increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster open and effective communication channels between internal teams and external stakeholders, including vendors and logistics providers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all supply chain documentation is accurate, organised, and compliant with industry regulations.

The person:

Qualification in Supply Chain Management is beneficial. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of hands on experience in Supply Chain/Customer Services or Data Entry.  

Skills and attributes required:

  • Proven experience in supply chain or logistics administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office application
  • Strong computer skills,100% data entry accuracy 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills 
  • Focused and self-motivated. 
  • Thrive to build strong relationships
