To support this vision, our Category and Pricing team is looking for a Master Data & Pricing Support Specialist to join our National Support Office in Mangere, South Auckland.

Role overview:
As the Master Data & Pricing Support Specialist, you will play a key role in lead, manage and efficiently record data, ensuring accuracy across systems, and support to adhere product compliance supporting decision-making processes for our Category Managers and Senior Stakeholders.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Master Data & Pricing, your responsibilities will include maintaining vendor contacts, resolving pricing discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Buyers, General Managers, Sales, and Compliance) and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Lead the Master data work load in conjunction with Team leader. Create, Maintain and clean master data, manage code requests, and ensure system accuracy and integrity.
- Insights & Reporting: Provide actionable insights, analyse trends, and support post-promotion evaluations. Analyse monthly Master data improvements and share insight on regular interval to Team leader and Category managers.
- General Support: Assist with marketing charge-outs, manage vendor contacts, and oversee new product and vendor setups. Handle vendor price submissions and collaborate on pricing strategies
What we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- A tertiary qualification in business or a relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years’ experience in a master data or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-focused mind-set.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
