The offer:

• Full-time permanent role (40 hours a week)
• Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays, 6am to 2 30 pm 
• $27.00 to $29.00 hourly rate
• Based at Aerovista Place, Wiri
• Discounted staff orders etc.
• Working for a reputed and established 100% Kiwi Owned Company

The role:

• Accurately pick & pack orders (manual and scan).
• Monitor and manage the use of pick pack scanning system.
• Check and assist the team leader in finding the stocks that are not in location.
• Replenish stock as needed to ensure proper stock rotation and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Wrap pallets and assist in loading and dispatching.
• Ensure product is stored safely at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse functions.

The person:

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Must have a year of experience in a Warehouse or Logistics environment working in Freezer.
• Must have Forklift/Bendi License; ideal to operate a forklift-mounted safety platform (man-cage).
• Must be able to work in freezer temperature (temperature can be as low as -24 degree)
• No criminal convictions related to harm, theft or drugs
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Be physically strong and fit; the job involves hand loading and hoist work.
• Basic English and numerical literacy
• Scanning and Computer skills are advantageous
• A self- starter who doesn't need constant supervision- you will own this role.
• Have reasonably good reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• You will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25 kg.
• Be extremely reliable, a proven record of exceptional attendance in all previous work.
• Be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Must have their own transport.
