This role will focus on growing our active customer base across the Petone, Lower Hutt, and Porirua regions.

About Us

At Service Foods, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and premium-quality products to New Zealand's foodservice and hospitality industry.

You'll spend most of your time on the road meeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You'll also spend time each week in our Wellington branch collaborating with colleagues, managing administration tasks, and contributing to business initiatives.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Please note: This is not a work-from-home role and occasional after-hours or weekend phone availability may be required.

About You

You are a confident communicator who enjoys building strong customer relationships and delivering results. You are self-motivated, organised, and thrive in a target-driven environment.

You Will Bring

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • The ability to identify opportunities and convert them into sales
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system would be advantageous
  • A tertiary qualification is desirable
  • Knowledge of the foodservice industry would be an advantage
