Administration & Facilities Coordinator

Join our dynamic team at the Wellington Site as a Part-Time Administration & Facilities Coordinator! This newly created role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, robust security, and exceptional customer service. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining site security, processing credits, managing fleet administration, handling customer service inquiries, and coordinating site maintenance.

Ngākawenga matua Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Security & Compliance: Conduct daily security checks, manage key and device control, and ensure adherence to security protocols.
  • Credit & Returns Management: Process driver returns and collections, manage Salesforce credit processing, investigate missing goods, and assess the resaleability of returned stock.
  • Fleet Administration: Conduct bi-weekly truck inspections, manage POD charging cables, and maintain fleet cleanliness.
  • Customer Service & Support: Respond to National Support calls, process urgent orders, and arrange "fix-up" deliveries using Uber.
  • Site Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors to organise timely repairs for site damages.

He kōrero mōu | About you:

  • 3 years + experience working in customer service or administration positions in an NZ organisation.
  • You possess excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • You are a proactive problem-solver with a responsible attitude.
  • You have strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • You are proficient in learning and using new software. (Salesforce experience an advantage, not mandatory)

Wā mahi | Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM
